Learning & Development Specialist


  • Provide inputs into and implement yearly learning and development plan based on business and organizational needs.
  • Understand features and designs of different learning and development programs and effectively deploy to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Assist to develop and facilitate post-training application with program stakeholders.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and adjust programs based on the objectives and the evaluation. Share best practices with other team members.
  • Produce reports in an effective and professional format and further analyze the data and draw implications. Provide LMS team with constructive suggestions to ensure the effectiveness of the Learning Management System.
  • Assist to implement a solid in-house trainer/consultant management process. Maintain relationship with external training vendors, universities and other relevant institutions.
  • Lead regional operation project and/or local learning and development projects. Communicate timely to project stakeholders to ensure efficient approaches and to keep up momentum project on track.
  • Facilitate general staff training and development programs for various levels of employees and functions, using a variety of learning and delivery methods.
  • Assist in design and deliver Organizational Design project and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the client s needs. Assist in creating desired OD outcome/impact
  • Provides other duties as directed.


  • University degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor s degree) in Human Resources Administration, Training, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field plus generally
    4 years
    professional level experience. Experience working in a multi-national company preferred.
  • Working knowledge of training, organization development and learning practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to administer programs, and manage projects.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Learning Management Systems and digital tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and skills to enhance work quality
  • Good facilitation skills for general staff training and development programs
  • Experience in support Organizational Design delivery preferred
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
