Prod Develop Engr Sr Team Lead

The Product Development Engineer ? Team Lead will be located at our Proving Grounds in New Carlisle IN.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
Proven leader experienced as a customer liaison consistently exceeding expectations
Familiar with collecting and processing performance data using multiple software (Somat, CADCAR, Dewetron, FlexPro, Excel macros)
Coordinate, schedule, and track vehicle test activities for internal and external projects
Work directly with customers to develop and execute test plans
Issue daily or regular status reports as required by customers
Document and assist with resolution of test issues
Assist with procurement of test related hardware and equipment
Direct the work of technicians and drivers on assigned projects
Collect and analyze data using strain gages, accelerometers, etc.
Assist with quotations for prospective outside customer testing on site
Write monthly edits/invoices for outside customer billings
Interpret and apply customer procedures, specifications, drawings, etc. to projects as required
Write incident reports, and final test reports
Position Purpose and Requirements
Provides technical and analytical support to Product Development Engineering. May provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members. Refers problems that cannot be resolved to the next level. Serves as a central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement may last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
At least 6 years experience in product design/development
At least 2 years leading others in engineer/design activities
Master's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
At least 4 years experience in product design/development
At least 2 years leading others in engineer/design activities
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills:
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)

Data acquisition software and equipment proficiency
Proficiency with Microsoft products ? Excel and Word macros in particular

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
