Director of Buildings and Grounds

Position to begins September 25, 2018.
The NPUSC Director of Buildings & Grounds supervises, manages, and directs the operations-maintanence-care for all NPUSC facilities including outdoor property. This includes supervision and oversight of all NPUSC heating/cooling systems, energy management, water/plumbing management, swimming facilities, mechanical, and electrical systems. The Director supervises lead custodians of all NPUSC schools in partnership with the school principals, and also supervises maintenance and grounds personnel. Finally, the Director will join the Design-Build Team and General Contractor, representing NPUSC in communication and coordination of the completion of the NPUSC renovation projects.
Key qualifications and attributes desired with the position include:
Experience in Supervision/Management of staff
Experience & Knowledge of Facilities and Maintenance management
Outstanding Communication & Organization/Coordination Skills
Background in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical
Experience & Knowledge of Construction Management Preferred
Drinking Water Management and Pool Certifications Preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
