Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Organize and update filing system, both electronic and physical - Process financial transactions- cash, check and credit card payments for clients
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Proficiency in Windows and Office programs (Excel, Word, One Drive) - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Job Types:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
