We offer a wide range of veterinary services, including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, dental care, boarding and grooming.
In this leadership role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the practice owner, managing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring staff support, client satisfaction, and overall clinic efficiency.

Veterinary experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations of the clinic, including staff management, scheduling, inventory control and client relations.
Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Manage inventory of practice including hospital, and office supplies.
Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations and standards, including OSHA, DEA, and AAHA guidelines.
Help implement and improve clinic policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a competent and motivated team.
Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Work closely with the practice owner to implement and improve clinic policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency, productivity and profitability.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in veterinary practice management or a related role is highly desirable and those candidates will be given preference.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
Proficiency in computer skills and a strong command of office suite software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and other relevant software.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with practice management software (Avimark) preferred.
