Systems AnalystAs a Systems Analyst at Cleveland-Cliffs Tek and Kote, you will be an integral part of the autonomous work teams that make up the Tek and Kote quality, production and maintenance organizations. Successful candidates will have responsibilities in a diverse portfolio of systems that support production recording, process & quality control, planning & scheduling, and data acquisition systems. The analyst will work with personnel from operations planning, operations, quality, process technology and systems departments to resolve problems and design and affect functional changes in systems. This is a challenging, highly visible position that has a direct impact on the production performance of a large manufacturing facility. The Tek and Kote facility is located in New Carlisle, Indiana. We produce cold-rolled, hot-dipped galvanized and galvannealed, and electrogalvanized steel coils. Responsibilities (not all-inclusive) Lead and coordinate team member efforts as demanded by specific projects. Function independently within a team-driven, fast-paced environment. Work successfully within diverse, cross-functional teams to complete tasks and projects. Troubleshoot PC issues and assist other systems analysts with Help Desk calls. Minimum Requirements BS degree in a STEM-related discipline One to two years' experience in a manufacturing systems role SQL Server experience, including Transact-SQL programming Relational database design experience Microsoft Windows Operating Systems experience Microsoft Office experience Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Requirements More than three years' experience in a manufacturing systems role Microsoft Visual Studio programming experience (C# and/or VB .NET) Familiarity with a manufacturing legacy operating system (OpenVMS, Unix, AS400)
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
