SmartLinx is a rapidly expanding Human Capital Management SaaS company looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager. The product manager is responsible for the product strategy, planning and execution through the product life cycle including market assessment and competitive landscape, defining the product vision, representing the voice of the client, gathering, prioritizing and writing requirements and ensuring that the company's overall strategies and goals are achieved through the desired business outcomes. This position will work with cross functional teams of business and technical stakeholders leveraging Agile processes. Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Drive SmartLinx product strategy including new markets, products and offerings, and market differentiation o Manage the product roadmap for assigned product areas including overall prioritization of both strategic and tactical activities o Serve as an evangelist of the SmartLinx product suite both internally and externally. o Own voice of the customer for all assigned initiatives through regular interactions with business stakeholders and clients including Discovery sessions, client focus groups, user groups, Day In Life sessions and other methods o Coordinate cross functionally throughout the product life cycle to ensure product success from launch to end of life o Clearly define, document, and communicate market opportunities, requirements (epics, features, user stories), and outcomes within an Agile process o Take full accountability, ownership and drive the overall success of the assigned product suite components o Proactively maintain and communicate awareness of industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory compliance About You:
o You are highly collaborative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment in a high growth business o You are committed to continual improvement and excited to advance the product management function at SmartLinx o You are able to work on multiple priorities at the same time with attention to detail o You are self-driven and hold yourself to high standards of accountability and outcomes Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o 5
years of product management experience, preferably in technology and/or human capital management software with a SaaS focus o Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on product management, technology, business, or a related field o Strategic thinker capable of delivering on a long-term view on growth metrics, and data-based decision making o Strong ownership, bias to action, and know-how to succeed in ambiguity o Tech-savvy and able to translate concepts into value driven outcomes o Passion for technology and providing exceptional experiences both internally for our employees and externally for clients and prospects o Comfortable presenting to both internal and external audiences o Experience in Agile
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
